How do I get there?
We are located 100 metres from Brunswick Station, 200 metres from the nearest tram stop (on Sydney Road – 19 tram stop 22) and there is ample parking.
When should I show up for our booking?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Game play time is fixed, and bookings cannot be rescheduled in the event of late arrival.
Is there an age limit?
We welcome anyone to play. Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Can I take photos or videos in the room?
No photos or videos are permitted in the rooms. Team photos will be taken after you escape.
Can I get a hint if I get stuck on a puzzle?
Yes, however, we do encourage you to solve the puzzles by yourselves to get a better experience and sense of achievement.
Can I exit in case of an emergency?
You are not physically locked in the rooms. You can leave at any time.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
NO cancellations or refunds are available. However, you may reschedule your booking using the link in the confirmation email up to 72 hours before your game starts.
You can reschedule your booking within 72 hours by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a $30 administration fee. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass on your booking to somebody else.
Can I bring extra people on the day?
Feel free to bring extra people along, please do not exceed the maximum people permitted in each room. Cash payments can be made prior to starting.
